Oh God! Is God An Evolutionist? || Part 5

Oh God! Is God An Evolutionist? || Part 5

Once again, I will recap my blogs in this series.  Briefly, they are capsulized as follows:

Part 1: The Bible and science are talking about two different things – there is no debate here.

Part 2: The Bible is being misinterpreted by many Christians. It allows for, and even corroborates the timeline beautifully, reflecting the characteristics of both the Big Bang and the 13.8 Billion years of the universe’s development.

Part 3:  A pig with lipstick – The Atheism of science

Part 4:  Christians have lipstick-laden pigs too!

And now, Part 5:  Humanity – Something Very Different.

These processes get us all the way to Day Six – the creation of humanity.  In Day six, there is a different process involved.  I know I separate with Christian evolutionists on this point.  But for me, being contradictory is nothing new.  I see Genesis as signaling something quite different on Day Six – more like the Big Bang where God is directly the causal force.  He does not delegate this to anyone.  Note this very different creative activity in Genesis 2:7.  It says that God is the direct causal force for human beings – both in the formation of the first human bodies as well as the life force or consciousness that makes them alive. That aliveness is claimed to literally be made by the very breath of God.

Regardless of what you might think of the Bible, this is a beautiful story that shows the amazing care and intent with which mankind developed. Science has no way of telling that story because, as discussed earlier, it still doesn’t know what the life force inside humanity really is.   This story also identifies how we are strikingly different from the animals – that our consciousness is something vastly different from the animals.

No thinking atheist disagrees that humans are in a different category.  But their atheism gives them no foundation to support human value and correspondingly human rights.  That’s because they presumptively smoosh the animals in with humans, believing both evolved in the same way.

I know at this point; I may be contradicting the prevailing theory of even Christian scientists.  However, I am not really fighting the science. The missing link between apes and humans has never been adequately documented.  And since it takes an atheist, not a scientist, to make the massive leap between the animal kingdom and humankind, I am comfortable with the contradiction.  I fight the atheism behind the science.  Or dare I say, I fight the atheistic manipulation of that science.  (See Part 3 of this Blog series).

Atheists argue the link between animals and humankind is now found in DNA – both animal and human DNA is very close to one another.  This is also not contradictory to the Bible.   The Bible says both animals and humans are made from the “stuff” of the Earth.  No wonder those scientific elements, i.e. DNA, is similar. Also, according to the Bible, when the animals are made, God calls them “living flesh”.  It is two Hebrew words meaning both flesh and breath.  They have flesh and they have breath.   The exact same words are used for humans.  To me, all of this signals that we are made from the same components, yes, the same sort of DNA.

So what? Atheistic scientists would have you believe that similar DNA means humans came from the animals. Huh?  Similarity does not necessarily beget progressive creation.  Similarity does not necessarily mean one came from the other.

Leonardo DaVinci made the Mona Lisa using brown paint.

So if you find the same shade of paint on the Last Supper painting,

does that mean the Mona Lisa evolved into the Last Supper?

This is faulty logic – a main ingredient in atheism.  Could it possibly be that the same painter used the same kind of paint to paint both?  Is that not a more reasonable answer?  According to the Bible, God used the same stuff for the human body that he commanded the Earth to use to make the animals’ bodies.

Notice, I am only referring to the bodies of animals and humans.  The flesh contains the DNA.  That is the only thing atheists can get their misleading little hands around.  They continue to have no idea what the life force/consciousness of either animals or humans really is.

There are grave societal ramifications from all this.  More on that in a future Blog series.

in conclusion for this series, i hope these thoughts have been helpful. My goal has been twofold: 1. To expose the atheism masquerading as science and 2. To challenge Christians to accept true science for what it is - the fingerprints of God. And to allow this to challenge preconceived notions of what the Bible is really saying and what it is not saying about the material world. For an additional thought for Christians, i would recommend reading Part 1 of this series again and be reminded that the Bible is not a science book but a book about what really matters in life - your consciousness, your internal experience, and about helping guide your path through life.
